Our law firm has provided experienced, professional legal representation to thousands of individuals since 1967. In all that time, our home has been Birmingham, Alabama. We have watched the city grow, the highways widen, and the risks on the road and on the job change with them.
Forstman & Cutchen, LLP is an injury law practice with a heavy emphasis on personal injury and plaintiff's litigation. We represent the injured person, never the insurance company. Keith Forstman is a partner at Forstman & Cutchen, LLP and leads the firm's day-to-day client relationships. He represents people injured in auto accidents, trucking collisions, workplace incidents, and other cases caused by negligence. Keith focuses on getting clients clear answers and steady progress from the first call to the final resolution.
David Cutchen is a partner at Forstman & Cutchen, LLP and works alongside Keith on the firm's injury caseload. He represents injured Alabamians and their families in personal injury, workers' compensation, and wrongful death matters. David brings the same unrelenting approach to every case, whether it settles or heads to trial.

Our regular hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We know injuries do not keep business hours, and many clients cannot leave work or a recovery schedule during the day.
